Për rregullimin dhe mbikëqyrjen e veprimtarisë radiotelevizive në Republikën e Shqipërisë është krijuar Këshilli Kombëtar i Radios dhe Televizionit (KKRT), i cili është organizëm i pavarur, që vepron në bazë e për zbatimin e dispozitave të ligjit 8410, i ndryshuar.

According to article 78, paragraph 1 of the Constitution and according to paragraph 5, article 9 of the law nr. 8410, date 30.09.1998 “On Public and Private Radio and Television in The Republic of Albania”, changed, proposed by a group of deputies, The Assembly of the Republic of Albania, elected Mrs. Endira Bushati as The Chairwoman of The National Council of the Radio and Television.

Furthermore, the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, elected Mrs. Suela Musta as member of the National Council of the Radio and Television, also, they removed Mr. Detar Hysi as member of the National Council of the Radio and Television.
