Yesterday, the European Commission published the yearly report for Albania, analyzing the development in different fields, including electronic media. The European Commission appreciated the progress of NCRT in the audio-visual policy, its engagement to draft the strategy of transition from analogue system into the numerical one, the compiling of a rule book of licensing the numerical broadcasting, and the growth and strengthening of administrative capacity etc.
