NCRT  and OSCE started in  the town of Korca the informing process of local broadcasters for the draft strategy  of  transition into digital broadcasting,and at the same time the discussion of the influence that this will have on them. The joint invitation that the leader of NCRT Mrs. Mesila Doda and the ambassador of OSCE  in Albania Mr. Robert Bosch sent to the broadcasters stated: We have the pleasure to invite you to participate in an informing and discussion forum organized by NCRT, in  cooperation with the presence of  OSCE  in Albania.
