Për rregullimin dhe mbikëqyrjen e veprimtarisë radiotelevizive në Republikën e Shqipërisë është krijuar Këshilli Kombëtar i Radios dhe Televizionit (KKRT), i cili është organizëm i pavarur, që vepron në bazë e për zbatimin e dispozitave të ligjit 8410, i ndryshuar.

NCRT and the OSCE  attended this morning in Durrës another meeting with the owners of  local media,about informing and to discuss the draft strategy for broadcasting digitalization. 
This consultation tour that started this season in the town of Korca, proceeded in Vlora and enclosed in Durrës, has been watched closely by the leaders of both institutions.
