January 26th 2010, chairwoman of National Council of the Radio and Television, Ms. Endira Bushati, welcomed the regional attache of cooperation for media at the French Ambasy in Serbia, Mr. Mishel Willefert, counselor for cultural cooperation at the French Ambasy in Albania, Mr. Raymond Chaffort, and attache of cooperation at the French Ambasy in Albania Ms. Azra Hasanovic. 

During the meeting ideas and suggestions over various issues were exchanged in the field, over obligations arising for(with) the transition from analog broadcasting system in that of digital broadcasting, etc.
Furthermore, Ms. Bushati informed that efforts are being made on compiling a new law for audiovisual broadcasting, as well developing strategy for digitalization.
The meeting also discussed further development of bilateral relations between NCRT and their french homologous CSA.
French side expressed readiness to assist with technical expertise, as well as mutual exchange of working visits.
