NCRT clarifies that the decision for the removal of the license for the subject Tele 1 had been taken on 25.02.2011, with full unanimity of the members of National Council of Radio and Television, this fact is a disproof of the information that has been broadcasted in the course of the day from ORA News.
The National Council of Radio and Television gathered today on 10.03.2011 under direction of chairwoman dr, Endira Bushati, plurality decided: the specification of point 2, of the decision “For the removal of the license to the private local television Tele 1” no 83 dt 25.02.20111, specification that consist on the fact that, the complaint of the subject in question should be presented not nearby NCRT but in Court.
NCRT clarifies the public opinion that there is no “Channel One”, television subject, licensed by NCRT.
Mr.Ylli Ndroqi is known by NCRT as the only shareholder that owns 100 percent of the quota of the founding capital of ORA NEWS company.
Based on the article 20 of law 8410, Mrs Ylli Ndroqi can not own a second license for the brodacasting of local televisions, a matter on which NCRT has expressed through a decision. (Decision no.47, dated 21.01.2011) |
